PURCHASING
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site and click 'add to basket' on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All prices are in US Dollars.

If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you should you wish. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping charge is $7.50 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. We do not ship to addresses other than the billing address. The billing address is where the credit card statements are sent.

TAX CHARGES
Please note that you are responsible to declaring any local sales taxes or duties that might apply to you.

DELIVERY
We ship immediately if we have stock and thereafter as soon as we receive new stock. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you. The goods are shipped by first class Royal Mail recorded post. When goods are delivered it must be signed for. The delivery to USA and Canada takes between 10 to 14 days.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use a secure method of receiving payments. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Prior to any return you must inform us via a message form at the contact page. We will email you a returns form. Any returned item must accompany a filled returns form for you to receive a refund or exchange. We will issue a full refund less the shipping charge, or exchange the item. You will be liable for the return delivery charge.

PRIVACY
Celticsilk.com do not disclose any information about you to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
